Catalog Upgrade Instructions

1. Activate the New Nexpart Catalog

• Open your Manager SE system
• Within your “Configurations” -> “Special Maintenance” -> “Toggle Catalog Availability“
• Select “Nexpart Catalog” and switch the “Off” toggle to “On”
  
• Click “Save” at the bottom of the page

2. Connect Your Vendors

• • Connect your vendors using either your Username and Password or your Nexpart Token
  • Open Manager SE, go to “Configurations” -> “Vendor Setup”
    
  • Click “Add”
    
  • Enter the vendors information and Click “Setup Link”
    
  • Within the window select “Setup Nexpart Catalog – Enhanced Link” and Click “OK”
    
  • Enter your vendor Username and Password or your Nexpart Token and Click “Save”
    
    
  • Repeat these steps for all of your vendors
    • How to find the Nexpart Token:
    • Open your vendors account and Click on the “My Account” tab
    • The Token ID is located on the bottom left corner under the “Account Information” section
